Why would you sell so cheap?
Our company rehabs properties and sells them on the retail market. On some occasions the investment opportunity doesn't fit our criteria but it may fit yours. Other times we may have too many properties at once and we need to sell a few at a discounted rate.
How do you Find Discounted Properties?
We do extensive research to find motivated home sellers. Our marketing efforts involve the internet and social media platforms, mailers, our own referral network. Our company is very good at working with home sellers while buying significantly below market value.
What do you do with my contact info?
We will never share, sell, or rent your information and will only use it to e-mail or text you off market Real Estate contract opportunities.
Why would you do business with us?
We are constantly adding investment opportunities on a daily basis and our list of properties include single family homes, manufactured homes, multi-family homes, lots and vacant land. Many of the properties we contract to purchase need to close escrow in 10 days or less. You must have your own cash or use a private money lender to fund the transaction.
